You’ll learn the art of selecting seafood at its peak quality and meet expert vendors who supply Tokyo’s and world top restaurants.

- After visiting the restricted seafood section, the experience continues to Toyosu’s wholesale vegetable and dry goods market, where you’ll have the opportunity to browse and purchase unique Japanese ingredients.
- Lastly, if you are interested, we can recommend a traditional Toyosu breakfast, where we can enjoy sushi all together prepared with the freshest market selections.
- The experience will be documented and shared with you, capturing moments as you explore.
