We recommend a stroll along the Minato Mirai waterfront, where you can enjoy the illuminated skyline and perhaps ride the iconic Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel. For dinner, head to the Red Brick Warehouse area or Chinatown for upscale waterfront dining or lively street food. DAYS 6 to 10

YOKOHAMA, KYOTO, NARA, UJI & OSAKA

Day 6 – YOKOHAMA TO KYOTO

If you’re heading back to Tokyo, we can assist with booking your bullet train ticket from Kyoto or Shin-Osaka Station to either Tokyo Station or directly to Haneda/Narita Airport. While we do not cover the cost of the train ticket, we will gladly handle the reservation for you at no extra service charge. Our driver can drop you off at Shin Osaka station or Kyoto station if required.

  • Seasonal Highlights: Cherry blossoms in spring, vibrant foliage in autumn, and year-round cultural festivals add unique charm to your visit. Our itinerary will take seasonal changes into consideration as much as possible to ensure you will get the most out of your trip.
  • Baggage allowance: Our limousines can accommodate up to 6 passengers and have space for 3 large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags (each approximately 29×30 inches). When traveling at full capacity, the luggage allowance per couple is either: 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on, or 3 carry-on bags.

Package exclusions

To ensure full transparency and help you budget effectively, we’ve provided a detailed list of what is not included in the 10-day package. These exclusions cover personal expenses, optional activities, and services that fall outside the scope of the standard itinerary. While they’re not part of the base package, many of these items—such as additional bullet train tickets or additional experiences—can be arranged upon request for an added fee.

  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, snacks, laundry, etc.)

  • Transportation from Kyoto/Osaka to Tokyo (if required) at the end of the trip (bullet train ticket not included but can be arranged at a surcharge)
  • Hotel room upgrades or early check-in/late check-out unless stated otherwise
  • In case you would like to bring more luggage than we can carry in the car, you can use a luggage forwarding service at each hotel. Please bear in mind that you will not have access to your luggage for at least 24 hours after forwarding it and additional charges will occur.

Before booking your unforgettable 10-day journey through Japan, please take a moment to review the important information below. We’ve outlined the terms and conditions of the package, as well as a clear breakdown of what’s included and what’s not. This ensures full transparency and helps you travel with complete confidence, knowing exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Booking & Payment

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the start of the tour.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (processing fees may apply).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: loss of deposit.
  • Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest), we will work with you to reschedule or offer partial refunds where possible.

Amendments

  • Minor changes to the itinerary can be requested up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability. This also depends on whether you have booked a semi-private tour or a fully private tour.
  • Significant changes may incur an additional fee.


Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by the traveler. Proof of valid insurance is required prior to departure.

Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity) and appropriate visas where necessary.

Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for managing their own physical well-being. This tour involves walking, transportation by vehicle, and occasional steps/stairs.
  • Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or mobility issues.

Force Majeure
Neither Elite Travel Experience, or their partners, assume responsibility, for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, weather disruptions, or government regulations that may impact travel plans.

Minimum Participant Policy
The 10 Days Package requires a minimum of 4 participants. In the rare event this number is not met, clients will be notified no later than 30 days before departure with options for rescheduling or refund.
