To help you plan with confidence and avoid any surprises, we’ve outlined exactly what’s included in your 21-day Japan package, as well as what’s not. From accommodations and private transportation to guided experiences and entrance fees, you’ll find a clear breakdown of everything covered. We’ve also listed the items that fall outside the scope of the package, so you can prepare accordingly or opt for additional services where desired.

- 20 nights accommodation in 4-star hotels (double occupancy)
- Daily breakfast at hotels
- Private transportation throughout the itinerary (with skilled and licensed driver)
- Entrance fees for all included sights and activities
- Concierge support throughout the trip
- Customised itinerary planning and reservation assistance if required
- Airport pickup and drop off on arrival and departure day
- Booking assistance for onward travel (e.g. bullet train to Tokyo, optional tours or experiences)
- Seasonal Highlights: Cherry blossoms in spring, vibrant foliage in autumn, and year-round cultural festivals add unique charm to your visit. Our itinerary will take seasonal changes into consideration as much as possible to ensure you will get the most out of your trip.
- Baggage allowance: Our limousines can accommodate up to 6 passengers and have space for 3 large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags (each approximately 29×30 inches). When traveling at full capacity, the luggage allowance per couple is either: 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on, or 3 carry-on bags.
Package exclusions
To ensure full transparency and help you budget effectively, we’ve provided a detailed list of what is not included in the 14-day package. These exclusions cover personal expenses, optional activities, and services that fall outside the scope of the standard itinerary. While they’re not part of the base package, many of these items—such as additional bullet train tickets or additional experiences—can be arranged upon request for an added fee.

- Optional tours, activities or experiences not listed in the confirmed itinerary
- Personal expenses (souvenirs, snacks, laundry, etc.)
- Travel insurance (required but not included)
- Gratuities for guides and drivers (optional but appreciated)
- Transportation from Osaka to Tokyo (if required) at the end of the trip (bullet train ticket not included but can be arranged at a surcharge)
- Hotel room upgrades or early check-in/late check-out unless stated otherwise
- In case you would like to bring more luggage than we can carry in the car, you can use a luggage forwarding service at each hotel. Please bear in mind that you will not have access to your luggage for at least 24 hours after forwarding it and additional charges will occur.
