Role Description

As a Freelance B2B Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential B2B partners in the luxury travel sector. Your responsibilities will include outreach to travel agencies, corporate partners, and luxury concierges, developing proposals, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets. You will also represent the brand at industry events and ensure partners are provided with high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, remote role, requiring a deep understanding of luxury travel and Japanese culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a focus on B2B partnerships
  • Understanding of luxury travel and a passion for promoting cultural and travel experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
  • High level of organization, time management, and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Japanese culture and travel destinations is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or luxury industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage

  • Direct Sales Commission: Outside of your core B2B acquisition role, you will also earn a commission on any travel packages you sell directly to end clients, creating a secondary revenue stream.

Structure & Growth:

We are building long-term, valuable partnerships. To ensure alignment and continued mutual success, we will conduct a formal agreement review each Q4 for all agency partnerships you establish.
